DTI, Limpopo provincial government and the SEZ Operate held investment project progress meetings in Beijing

Recently, the Foreign Investment Division of the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC) and the Department of Trade and Industry(DTI) of South Africa jointly held a special coordination meeting to conduct in-depth discussions on the availability of resources, legal assurance, coordination mechanisms and policy support for key projects of Capacity Cooperation between the two countries, and reached broad consensus on the steps forward.

Subsequently, DTI, Limpopo Provincial Government together with South African Energy Metallurgical Base Ltd. (SEZ operator) held one-on-one meetings with China Huadian, PowerChina, MCC, TISCO, CCCC and HODO respectively, to have detailed discussion on the progress and work plan of the SEZ projects.
